Puppy Visits:

Visiting your puppy is not a requirement. 

In fact, 30-40% of our puppies are adopted by families who are not local and typically skip the puppy

visit all together during a normal time period and they are still thrilled with their puppies.

 If you do chose to come and visit your puppy we have the following requests:

We request that you only bring your immediate family with you.  No extended family or friends, please.  You can introduce your puppy to Grandma and Grandpa, Aunts and Uncles, etc once you have him or her home.  Thank you for understanding as we try to keep visitor numbers manageable in a relatively small space.  If you are a single adopting a puppy, please do feel free to bring a support person.  We know you'll want to share this experience with someone!

Please park in front of our building and wait in your car until we come for you.  

We are staggering family arrivals and only want two families in the building at a time to minimize contact between families and keep numbers manageable.   Thank you!

Your appointment time is specifically reserved for you so please come on time if you want your full session.  In order to give every family ample time with their new furry family member, you'll have about an hour for your mini-tour and puppy visit.  Not to worry, a puppy's "battery life" is typically only 30-40 mins, so your puppy will be tired and ready for a nap again, within that timing, so you won't be missing out on play!

Please plan to remove your footwear at the door (so do wear socks)

and use our hand sanitizer immediately upon entering

We will endeavour to upload a new litter video each week.  So if you don't want to come, can't come, or something changes, you'll have lots of chances to view your furry pal.  The wait won't be long before they are in your home and you can snuggle and enjoy them 24/7.

Puppy Pickups: 

​

We have uploaded video resources that will prepare you for your pickup.  As always, we will be available to answer any questions you have both before and after pickup.  We want puppy care to be as manageable and low stress as possible!

Please do not book same-day appointments or we may miss them completely.  

Consider the booking calendar closed 24 hours before the offered sessions.

If you need adjustments within 24 hours of your appointment please send us an email with your request and we'll get right back to you.
